The DC resistance of transformers is a necessary test item for semi-finished and finished products in transformer manufacturing, including factory testing, installation, overhaul, change of tap changer, handover testing, and preventive testing by the power department. It can check the welding quality of the winding joints and whether there is any inter turn short circuit in the winding. It can also check whether the contact at various positions of the voltage tap changer is good, whether the actual position of the tap changer matches the indicated position, whether the outgoing wire is broken, and whether there are broken strands when multiple wires are wound together. In order to meet the needs of rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company has developed the ZSR10A transformer DC resistance tester. This instrument adopts a new power supply technology, which has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high output current, good repeatability, strong anti-interference ability, and complete protection functions. The entire machine is controlled by a high-speed microcontroller, with a high degree of automation and automatic discharge and discharge alarm functions. The instrument has high testing accuracy, simple operation, and can achieve rapid measurement of transformer direct resistance.

1. The instrument can be fully controlled through dedicated software using a mobile phone, and the test data is stored in a fixed format on the phone, making it easy to query data at any time.
2. The maximum output voltage of the instrument is 24V, which facilitates the selection of a larger test current for high resistance values and improves the testing speed.
3. The instrument adopts a new power supply technology, with multiple current ranges and a wide measurement range. It can automatically select the current according to the load and is suitable for DC resistance measurement of small and medium-sized transformers and voltage transformers.
4. It has multiple protection functions such as back electromotive force impact, wire breakage and power outage during testing, power overheating, etc. It can reliably protect the impact of back electromotive force on the instrument and synchronously sound an alarm.
5. With any temperature conversion function made of copper and aluminum materials, touch to input any winding temperature and conversion temperature.
6. Intelligent power management technology ensures that the instrument operates at the minimum power state, effectively saving energy and reducing heat generation.
7. Seven inch high brightness touch color LCD, clear display under strong light, full touch screen operation, and free switching between Chinese and English.
8. The instrument comes with a perpetual calendar clock and power down storage, which can store 1000 sets of test data and can be viewed at any time.
9. The instrument has Bluetooth communication, RS232 communication, and USB interface for computer communication and USB data storage.
