The DC resistance of the transformer is a must-test item for the semi-finished and finished product factory test, installation, handover test and preventive test of the power department in the manufacturing of the transformer. It can effectively find the material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, broken wires and other manufacturing defects of the transformer coil and the hidden dangers after operation. In order to meet the needs of rapid measurement of the DC resistance of the transformer, our company has developed a transformer DC resistance tester using its own technological advantages. This instrument is a new generation of rapid tester that integrates three-phase testing (Yn, Y, △) and demagnetization functions. It is an ideal device for measuring the DC resistance of large power transformers. The screen adopts a true color high-resolution industrial display, full touch operation, and Chinese menu prompt function. FEATURES:
1 Three-phase measurement can be used to test Yn-type, Y-type and △-type windings, and the three-phase unbalance rate can be calculated.
2 The maximum output current of the test power supply is 20A, and the test range is 0~200Ω, which meets the test requirements of most transformers; and it has a demagnetization function, which can reduce the harm of large residual magnetism of transformers during large current testing.
3 The test process can automatically calculate the resistance value change rate within 5S, 15S, and 30S, which can assist testers in judging the stability of test data and prevent misreading data.
4 The instrument has multiple protection functions such as back electromotive force protection, line break protection and power failure protection.
