Product Description
It uses a variety of filtering technologies and has anti-interference capabilities. It can be used for path detection ,depth accurately location and measurement,pipeline census and depth measurement of metal pipelines and underground cables in non-excavation conditions.
It is suitable for the detection and patrol of various underground metal pipelines, pipeline management and maintenance, municipal planning and construction, power supply and other departments. It is one of the necessary instruments for pipeline maintenance units.
Cable identification: can be used to identify live cables and power-off cables. When identifying cables, 20 cables can be pre-calibrated at the transmitter end, and then the identification signal can be received at the remote end. The target cable can be quickly and automatically identified, which greatly saves the time of round-trip calibration operation for engineers and improves work efficiency. This function is realized by the cooperation of signal transmitter, receiver, signal transmitting clamp, connecting test line, and flexible clamp.
The instrument has the following features:
- Multiple detection modes: classic positioning mode, wire cruise mode, signal distortion measurement mode;
- Classic positioning mode: compass, direction and signal amplitude display, intuitively showing the left and right direction of the pipeline.
- Wire cruise mode: 360° all-round pipeline path indication, continuous display of depth, current and relative position of pipeline. The interface is simple and intuitive, and can be operated without experience
- Signal distortion measurement mode: Display peak and trough waveforms simultaneously. In the distortion-free scene, the peak and trough positions should be consistent, and the scene shape should be symmetrical relative to the center line.
- Current direction determination (partial frequency) can eliminate adjacent line interference and prevent tracking errors by calibrating the current direction.
- Fully digital high-precision sampling and processing: stable and reliable, ultra-high sensitivity, extremely narrow receiving passband, strong anti-interference ability, and can fully suppress the power frequency and harmonic interference of adjacent running cables and pipelines.
- Multiple detection frequencies: 11 active detection frequencies and 3 passive detection frequencies.
- The transmitter has multiple signal output modes: direct output, caliper coupling, and induction method.
- The transmitter has digital amplified power output, fully automatic impedance matching, and fully automatic protection.
