XHCSC8000 power comprehensive test vehicle is a systematized and humanized design that positions and installs all kinds of test instruments, equipment, accessories and auxiliary tools required for on-site state maintenance test and emergency repair of power transmission and transformation equipment on specially modified motor vehicles. Main performance features:
1.It is capable of carrying out ac voltage withstand test, dc voltage withstand test, stator winding insulation test and direct resistance test for generators of 600MW and below, and completing dc and ac impedance test of generator rotor.
2.Be able to complete the routine preventive test of transformer 220kV and below;
3.Meet the requirements of 110kV and below transformer routine test and ac voltage test;
4.Can complete transformer ratio group, dielectric loss, dc resistance, nuclear phase, oil pressure, oil dielectric loss and other tests;
5.Field test of arresters up to 220kV;
6.Meet the mechanical characteristics of vacuum switch, withstand voltage, circuit resistance, vacuum degree and other tests;
7.SF6 high voltage switch (up to 220kV), micro-water test and detection;
8.Meet the test of ac/dc withstand voltage, insulation resistance, polarization index, absorption ratio and winding direct resistance of motors of 10kV and below;
9.Dc voltage withstand test for 110kV and below high-voltage cables; Voltage withstand test for high voltage cables up to 35kV;
10.Meet 110kV and the following high voltage cable fault search; The production of high voltage cable ends meeting the voltage grade of 35kV and below;
11.Meet the microcomputer protection and automation devices, electrical instruments and power transmitter on-site inspection.
