In order to ensure the operator's personal safety foolproof. First of all, it is necessary to judge whether the relevant cables on site are live or not. Only after confirmation can the relevant cables be sawed off.

The method of absolutely confirming whether the cable is live is currently only the method of short-circuiting the cable relative to the ground or relative to the phase by mechanical puncture.

The cable stabbing device adopts a remote control/automatic piercing device, which can damage and pierce the relevant cables once on site. If the cable is electrified, the cable will explode when punctured, otherwise the cable will not be electrified.
