The XHGX507C intelligent cable pipeline comprehensive tester , also known as pipeline tester or path tester, is a path detection instrument with strong comprehensive performance. It has multiple functions such as pipeline path detection, cable identification, fault finding , etc. The instrument consists of a transmitter, a transmitting current clamp, a receiver , a receiving flexible current clamp, a connecting test line, and an A - frame (optional) .
The intelligent cable pipeline detector can be used for path detection, pipeline census and depth measurement of metal pipelines and underground cables in a trench less environment. The instrument uses a variety of filtering technologies, has anti-interference capabilities, can accurately locate and measure depth, and is suitable for the detection and patrol of various underground metal pipelines, pipeline management and maintenance, municipal planning and construction, power supply and other departments. It is one of the necessary instruments for pipeline maintenance units. This function is achieved by the cooperation of a signal transmitter, a receiver, a signal transmission clamp and a connecting test line.

The instrument has the following features:

1. Multiple detection modes: classic positioning mode, wire cruise mode, signal distortion measurement mode;
2. Classic positioning mode: compass, direction and signal amplitude display, intuitively showing the left and right direction of the pipeline.
3. Wire cruise mode: 360° all-round pipeline path indication, continuous display of depth, current and relative position of pipeline. The interface is simple and intuitive, and can be operated without experience
4. Signal distortion measurement mode: Display peak and trough waveforms simultaneously. In the distortion-free scene, the peak and trough positions should be consistent, and the scene shape should be symmetrical relative to the center line.
5. Current direction determination (partial frequency) can eliminate adjacent line interference and prevent tracking errors by calibrating the current direction.
6. Fully digital high-precision sampling and processing: stable and reliable, ultra-high sensitivity, extremely narrow receiving passband, strong anti-interference ability, and can fully suppress the power frequency and harmonic interference of adjacent running cables and pipelines.
7. Multiple detection frequencies: 11 active detection frequencies and 3 passive detection frequencies.
8. The transmitter has multiple signal output modes: direct output, caliper coupling, and induction method.
9. The transmitter has digital amplified power output, fully automatic impedance matching, and fully automatic protection.
