The DC resistance of the transformer is a must-test item for the semi-finished and finished product factory test, installation, handover test and preventive test of the power department in the manufacturing of the transformer. It can effectively find the material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, broken wires and other manufacturing defects of the transformer coil and the hidden dangers after operation. In order to meet the needs of rapid measurement of the DC resistance of the transformer, our company has developed a transformer DC resistance tester using its own technological advantages. This instrument is a new generation of rapid tester that integrates three-phase testing (Yn, Y, △) and demagnetization functions. It is an ideal device for measuring the DC resistance of large power transformers. The screen adopts a true color high-resolution industrial display, full touch operation, and Chinese menu prompt function. It is easy and intuitive to operate, with fast test speed, high accuracy and wide range.
