Product Description

The dual-probe new design underground cable fault pinpointer uses the acousto-magnetic synchronization method to generate an electronic flashover with the help of an impulse discharge generator. The acousto-magnetic signal of the electronic flashover wave is picked up by the corresponding probe and amplified to determine the exact location of the cable fault point and the fault direction Indication function, dual probes are tested at the same time, to ensure the accuracy of the test results, and used to accurately locate the fault point of the power cable.

Acoustic and electromagnetic waves generated during the discharge of the fault point can be synchronously received to determine the location of the cable fault point.
Judge the direction and the fault point through the signal difference between the probes. It can solve the precise point under strong noise.
