XHJK531 Overhead cable fault detector
XHJK531 is suitable for overhead lines of small current grounding systems. After the single-phase ground fault occurs on the line and stops, the equipment can be used to accurately locate the grounding point.
The complete set consists of a transmitter, sensor, receiver and accessories. After fault cable stop work, the transmitter applies an ultra-low frequency and high voltage signal to the line to reproduce the fault. The sensor is connected to the line detection signal with an insulating rod along the line, and wirelessly transmits data to the receiver on the ground, and receives the data. The machine displays the measurement results. Before the fault point, the current continues to exist, and after the fault point, the current disappears. You can make a rough test and then pinpointing to quickly find fault point.
Main Features:
1. Applicable to the distribution network of small current grounding system, detecting single-phase metallic grounding of overhead lines, grounding through arc, grounding through transition resistance and so on.
2. Positioning after the line is out of service, especially suitable for faulty lines with cable branches.
3. Apply a high voltage signal to reproduce the fault, the current signal is stable, and easy to detect.
4. The ultra-low frequency signal avoids the influence of the distributed capacitance of the system and can locate the high resistance fault.
5. Transmitter safety features: high voltage start blocking function, output allows direct short circuit.
6. The sensor uses a high-sensitivity sensor with an open design that eliminates the need for closure and facilitates hooking on the line.
7. Sensor and receiver wireless communication transmission, safe and reliable.
8. The transmitter can be powered by utility power, generators, and sensors and receivers.
9. The transmitter is small in size and light in weight; the sensor is designed to minimize the volumetric weight and is easy to be attached along the line; the receiver is a hand-held design.
10. The receiver uses a large-screen LCD display that displays sensor status, current waveforms, and current values.
