Hardware composition of the device:

1. Digital signal processor microcomputer
The device uses a high-speed digital control processor as the output core, and the software uses a 32-bit double-precision algorithm to generate arbitrary high-precision waveforms for each phase. Due to the integrated structure, the various parts are closely combined, the data transmission distance is short, and the structure is compact. It overcomes the problem of small output waveform points caused by long data communication lines and narrow frequency bands in laptop direct control measurement and control instruments.

2. D/A conversion and low-pass filtering
The use of high-precision D/A converters ensures the accuracy and linearity of current and voltage in the full range.
Due to the high density of fitting points, high waveform fidelity, small harmonic components, and low requirements for low-pass filters, it has good transient characteristics, phase-frequency characteristics, and amplitude-frequency characteristics, making it easy to achieve precise phase shifting and harmonic superposition, and can also ensure high accuracy at high frequencies.

3. Voltage and current amplifiers
The phase current and voltage have always insisted on using high-performance linear amplifier output methods, so that the current and voltage sources can directly output waveforms from DC to waveforms containing various frequency components, such as square waves, combined waveforms superimposed by various harmonics, fault transient waveforms, etc., and the output waveforms are clean and smooth, without high-frequency radiation interference to adjacent equipment, and can better simulate the current and voltage characteristics of various short-circuit faults.
The power amplifier circuit uses imported high-power high-fidelity modular power devices as the power output stage, combined with a carefully and reasonably designed heat dissipation structure, with sufficient power redundancy and thermal capacity. The power amplifier circuit has complete overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage and short-circuit protection. When the current circuit is overcurrent, the voltage circuit is overloaded or short-circuited, the output power is automatically limited, the entire power amplifier circuit is shut down, and an alarm signal is displayed. In order to prevent the power amplifier circuit from overheating due to long-term operation under high current, the device sets a software time limit under high current. The device can work for a long time when the output is 10A or less. When the current exceeds 10A, the software starts in a limited time. When the time limit is reached, the software automatically shuts down the power output and gives an alarm indication. The larger the output current, the shorter the time limit.

4. Input and output quantity
The device has 8 inputs and 4 outputs.
The switch quantity input circuit is compatible with empty contacts and 0-250V potential contacts. In potential mode, 0-6V is closed and 11-250V is open. The switch quantity can easily measure the action time and action time difference of each phase switch contact.
The input part is isolated from the host working power supply, power amplifier power supply, etc. The input ground is a floating ground, so the common end of the input part is not connected to the common end UN, IN, etc. of the current and voltage parts.
The switch quantity potential input is directional. The common end should be connected to the positive end of the potential and the input end to the negative end of the potential to ensure that the common terminal potential is higher than the input terminal. When wiring on site, the input common terminal should be connected to +KM, and the contact negative terminal should be connected to the input terminal. If connected in reverse, it will not be detected correctly.
The output part is the relay empty contact output. The output capacity is DC: 220V/0.2A, AC: 220V/0.5A. The switch output is completely isolated from the voltage, current, input and other parts. The action process of each output quantity is different in each test module. For details, please refer to the software operation instructions of each module.

5. Dedicated DC power supply output
The device is equipped with a dedicated adjustable DC power supply output on the bottom plate of the chassis, which is divided into 110V and 220V, which can be used as an auxiliary power supply for on-site tests. A potentiometer is also set for the power supply, which can be adjusted within the range of 80%-110%. The rated working current of the power supply is 1.5A, which can be used as a DC working power supply for the protection device, and can also be used as a tripping and closing circuit power supply. If the power supply is overloaded or short-circuited, the corresponding fuse (2A/250V) will burn out. At this time, you can just replace the fuse.
