There are a lot of electrical equipment in power system, railway system and large petrochemical factories and mines its internal insulation are mostly oil-filled insulation type, thus dielectric strength of the insulating oil test is a routine test. In order to meet the marketing demand, our company produces series of insulating oil dielectric strength testers according to the national standard GB/T507-2002, the industrial standard DL429.9-91 and the latest electric power industry standard DL/T846.7-2004. The instrument takes single chip microcomputer as the core to achieve a fully automated test, high accuracy, which greatly improves the work efficiency, greatly reducing the labor intensity of staff, easy to carry.


Product characteristics

1. This instrument USES microprocessors, automatically booster, keep, and let stand, stirring,, calculation and printing operations, can performed oil circulating pressure test  within the 0 ~ 80 kV.
2. Large screen LCD display menu prompt with Chinese and English subtitles.
3. The instrument is easy to operate and will automatically complete a cup of oil pressure test in accordance with setting. Automatically store the breakdown voltage value of 1-6 times and number of rounds after the test is completed. The thermal printer can print out the average value and the breakdown voltage value.
4. It can store 100 experimental results, and can display the current temperature and humidity environment if appears power off.
5. Using SCM control of uniform boost to ensure the accurate voltage frequency to 50HZ, making the whole process easy to control.
6. With over voltage, over current, limit protection to ensure the safety of the operator.

8.Using standard interface RS232,it can connect to the computer
