XHDL series high current generators are special equipment designed and manufactured for power departments and industrial and mining enterprises to test electrical equipment. They are suitable for current load tests and temperature rise tests of various switches, current transformers and other current equipment.
This series of products adopts split/integrated structures according to different volumes and weights. It has the characteristics of stepless output current adjustment, stable current rise, large load change range, reliable operation, simple and safe operation, etc. It can be used as a current source equipment for industrial and mining enterprises to conduct current rise or temperature rise tests. Special requirements can be customized according to users.
Instructions for use
Connect the circuit, and the operating table must be well grounded. (Input voltage 220V) Manually return the voltage regulator to zero position.
Turn on the power and close the power switch, press the closing button to close the contactor, the working indicator red light is on, and the current booster is waiting for current boost.
Rotate the voltage regulator handle clockwise to make the output current indicator reach the required high current.
During the test, if an abnormal situation occurs, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the cause should be found out before the test.
After the test, the voltage regulator must be adjusted back to zero position and the working power must be cut off before the test wiring can be removed to ensure safety.
