The high-voltage pulse generator XHHV540-5TS fully complies with DL/T846-2016 "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Testing Equipment" and DL/T474-2017 "Implementation Guidelines for Field Insulation Testing". It is mainly used for impulse discharge and withstand voltage tests during low- and high-voltage cable fault testing.
This device is a trolley-type high-end experimental instrument integrating a DC high-voltage source, energy storage capacitor, discharge sphere device, automatic discharge device, and voltage level switching device. This equipment completely solves the problems of ease of use, portability, safety, and reliability of traditional experimental devices.

Instrument Components:
1. High-voltage pulse generator +TDR main unit: Applies high voltage to the cable under test and outputs a high-energy pulse signal;
2. High-voltage output line (5 meters): Connects the high-voltage output terminal of the main unit to the core of the cable under test;
3. Ground wire (5 meters): Connects the sampling ground, high-voltage ground, and discharge rod to the earth;
4. Power cord (2.5 meters): The instrument's operating power cord;
5. Discharge rod: Performs DC current-limited discharge or DC short-circuit discharge on the cable under test;
6. Fuse: Backup fuse for AC220V power supply system (8A fuse);
7. Auxiliary ground wire (2.5 meters) and grounding probe: If the on-site power supply is not grounded, a poor grounding status will be detected (red light). A grounding probe and auxiliary ground wire are needed to connect the safety grounding terminal of the power supply to the earth. This facilitates the measurement of the grounding status between the high-voltage output side and the power supply terminal.
