AC/DC hipot test kit
Oil-immersed test transformer, that is AC/DC hipot test kit, also known as booster, is the basic test equipment for power stations, power supply and distribution systems and scientific research units. Used for all kinds of electrical equipment AC and DC voltage test and cable fault test. It can be a variety of electrical products, electrical equipment, insulation materials under the specified voltage insulation strength test, test the insulation level of products, found the insulation defects of the tested products, measure the ability to withstand overvoltage.
AC type test transformer and AC/DC dual-purpose light high voltage test transformer are made of high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheets. The coil is concentric pagoda shaped multi-layer cylinder type, low voltage coil inside, high voltage coil outside, beautiful, portable.
Its working principle is to use power frequency 220V/380V power supply access control box, through the autocoupling voltage regulator regulation 0-220V/380V voltage input to the test transformer primary winding. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, in the secondary (high voltage) winding according to the ratio of the number of turns of the primary winding to obtain the same multiple of voltage amplitude - power frequency high voltage. This power frequency high voltage can be obtained by high voltage silicon stack rectification and capacitor filtering, and the amplitude is twice the effective value of power frequency high voltage.
This SERIES of products are divided into three categories: AC type, AC and DC dual-purpose type, and can be connected with 200V tap into series excited type test transformer.
