XHBB128B tests the turns ratio or voltage ratio of the operating transformer, and can check the correctness of the turns ratio of the transformer, the condition of the tap changer, whether the transformer is short-circuited between turns, and whether the transformer can operate in parallel. The operation is simple and intuitive, using three-phase precision inverter power supply, the test is fast and the accuracy is high.
