The transformer winding deformation tester developed according to the response analysis method is such a novel nondestructive testing equipment for internal faults of transformers. It is suitable for internal structure fault detection of 63kV ~ 500kV power transformers.
The transformer winding deformation tester quantifies the response changes of the internal winding parameters of the transformer in different frequency domains, and determines the internal windings of the transformer according to the magnitude of the change, the amplitude of the frequency response change, the area and the trend of the frequency response change. The degree of change, and then it can be judged whether the transformer has been seriously damaged and whether it needs to be overhauled according to the measurement results.
1. The acquisition control adopts a high-speed, highly integrated microprocessor.

3. The hardware movement adopts DDS dedicated digital high-speed frequency sweeping technology (USA). Through testing, faults such as winding distortion, bulge, displacement, tilt, inter-turn short-circuit deformation and inter-phase contact short-circuit can be accurately diagnosed.
4. High-speed dual-channel 16-bit A/D sampling (on-site test changes the tap changer, the waveform curve has obvious changes).
5. The signal output amplitude is adjusted by software, the maximum amplitude peak value is ±10V.
6. The computer will automatically analyze the test results and generate electronic documents (Word).
7. The instrument has the function of dual measurement system of linear sweep measurement and segment sweep measurement, and is compatible with the measurement modes of the two current domestic technical schools.
8. The amplitude-frequency characteristics are in line with the technical indicators of the country on the amplitude-frequency characteristics tester. The abscissa (frequency) has two types: linear and logarithmic, so the printed curve can be either linear or logarithmic, and users can choose according to actual needs.
