Product Description
Description:
XHDD503 cable fault pinpointer uses the principles of vibration sound pickup and electromagnetic induction to determine the specific location of the cable fault point. With the help of a high-voltage pulse generator, the fault point flashes over and discharges. The physical phenomena such as vibration waves, sound waves, and electromagnetic waves generated by the flashover discharge of the fault point are picked up by the dedicated probe of the locator, amplified, processed, displayed, and output by the cable fault locator, and finally the precise location of the fault point is determined by the tester's hearing and vision. That is, the precise positioning task of the cable fault point "directly above the cable, within the rough measurement range" is completed.
This locator is suitable for low-resistance, short-circuit, open-circuit and broken wire faults of power cables, high-frequency coaxial cables, street light cables, and underground wires of various materials with different cross-sections and different media, as well as high-resistance leakage and high-resistance flashover faults.
Product Features:
1. Synchronously receive the vibration waves, sound waves and electromagnetic waves generated when the fault point discharges;
2. The sound and magnetic channels are designed and powered separately, with stronger anti-interference ability;
3. Super strong amplification, detection depth greater than 10 meters;
4. Ultra-low power consumption design, static current less than 10mA, continuous operation greater than 20 hours;
5. Analog meter design, signal strength and trend are clear at a glance;
6. Zero level can be adjusted arbitrarily, suitable for various strong and weak sites
