XHHV508-4 DC high voltage power supply is mainly used for impulse discharge during cable fault testing at voltage levels of 35kV and below; it can also be used for DC withstand voltage testing of other electrical equipment. This equipment completely replaces the traditional test transformer and operating box weighing dozens of kilograms (generally a set of 5kVA transformers weighs more than 50 kg, and the control box weighs more than 20 kg).

This power supply uses high-precision, high-stability dedicated high-voltage electronic components and high-frequency high-voltage technology to make its overall structure simple and ultra-light. In order to retain people's original habit of using transformers and operating boxes to generate DC high voltage, this power supply adopts a humanized design and operation method, which is safe and reliable. It truly achieves the effect of being indestructible by impact, and the high voltage can work normally even if it is short-circuited to the ground. It is currently the lightest portable DC impact high-voltage equipment in China with any combination of capacity and the most humanized operation.
