This instrument is a new instrument for calibrating single-phase protection relays in various high and low voltage power distribution systems. Suitable for industrial and mining enterprises such as electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining, and textile. It can measure the action voltage/current value, return voltage/current value, action time, return time of various electromagnetic, rectifier, and transistor integrated circuit relays, as well as the action value, return value, charge and discharge time, and action time of the reclosing relay. Wait for testing and verification. It can also test the starting current, sensing element action current, quick-break element action current and action time of GL type and LL type inverse time relay.
I.Main functions
☆Requires single-phase AC220V power supply, using beautiful and elegant PVC panels
☆Has mA output, which can meet polarization, signal and other relay tests
☆Built-in digital millisecond meter with start and stop meter terminals
☆With sound and light prompts for action contacts, etc.
☆Specially made high-strength aluminum alloy chassis, easy to carry and transport
☆The panel operation is simple and easy to master, and the wiring is clear, making it convenient for on-site work.

1 Voltage relay pickup and release test
First put the instrument in the ready state, connect the relay coil under test to the corresponding voltage output terminal, press the "main circuit output control" switch, and slowly adjust the large knob to make the output voltage rise steadily. When the relay is closed, record the closing voltage. , then adjust the large knob in the opposite direction until the relay is released, and record the release voltage. Based on this, the return coefficient of the tested relay can be calculated. If the relay under test is an overvoltage relay, proceed in the opposite direction.
2 Current relay setting value test
Remove the relay under test from the line, connect it to the current output terminal of the instrument, select the appropriate output current range, such as "0~5A" or "0~100A", press the "Output Control" switch, and slowly adjust the maximum Turn the knob to the relay action, observe the voltage/ammeter value, and judge the relay action.
3 Determination of time relay delay time
Connect the relay under test to the output terminal (the working voltage is AC or DC according to the requirements of the relay), adjust it to the rated action value, and restore after power outage. Connect the delay moving and closing contacts of the relay under test to terminals II and ⊥, press the "output control" switch, the relay coil will obtain the rated operating voltage, and start the stopwatch at the same time. After the delay time, the stopwatch will stop counting. At this time, the stopwatch The displayed number is the delayed closing time of the time relay. If you want to measure the delayed release, the principle is the same as before, and the actual wiring is reversed.
4 Intermediate relay test (with holding coil)
Determine what kind of action mode (voltage or current action) and what kind of holding mode (voltage or current holding) the relay under test is. Taking current action voltage maintenance as an example (DC relay), select the DC current output range (0~500mA or 0~5A), press the "Output Control" switch, slowly adjust the large knob to the relay action, and note the moving current. Then connect the auxiliary circuit output to the relay holding coil end, slowly adjust the small knob to the relay rating, write down the holding voltage value, and determine the quality of the relay based on the action or holding conditions.
