Product Description
This cable fault location system is used to detect main insulation faults of power cables with voltage levels of 35kV and below; calibrate the cable length; and accurately detect the cable burial direction and depth.
This device is a cable fault location system that integrates a cable fault tester, a cable path meter transmitting module, a high-voltage pulse generator, and a large-capacity battery pack. It is mainly composed of four parts.
This cable fault location system is suitable for low-resistance, short-circuit, open-circuit and disconnection faults of power cables, high-frequency coaxial cables, street light cables, and buried wires made of various materials with different cross-sections and media, as well as high-resistance leakage and high-resistance flashover. Network failure.
The high-voltage pulse generator is powered by an internal battery pack or 220VAC. It includes DC withstand voltage, single pulse, and periodic pulse output functions. It also includes a signal feedback device to facilitate sampling of the cable meter host; it also includes zero-position protection, automatic discharge during shutdown, and other functions. Large-capacity battery pack: 12.6V battery pack, provides power supply for high-voltage pulse generator and cable path meter.
Cable fault tester, simple operation software interface, single chip centralized control, touch operation mode, built-in large-capacity lithium-ion battery, stable, reliable and easy to use. Description
XHDD503 is a classic portable power cable fault pinpointer independently developed and produced by our company. After more than 50 years of precipitation, the acoustic-magnetic synchronization detection technology it adopts has become very mature and widely accepted and recognized by users in the industry.
The XHDD503 cable fault locator is very small and light, it is packed in a protective PVC case, easy to carry after the user finished detection.
The XHDD503 power cable fault pinpointer is designed with a microammeter display, with electrical level adjustment, frequency adjustment and volume adjustment knobs. By observing the swing of pointer on the microammeter, you can see the magnetic field strength during the flashover discharge at the fault point. Rotate the electrical level knob to adjust the reference of the magnetic field strength. In the process of path detection, adjusting the receiving frequency can make our ears hear the path signal that is easier to identify. Adjusting the frequency knob during the process of fault location can effectively avoid the radio signal. Adjust the volume during cable fault location and cable path finding, so that our ears hear a more appropriate sound signal.
XHDD503 cable fault locator has 3 working modes: turn off, fixed point, path. When the user is used for the precise location of the fault point of the cable, the working mode is adjusted to the fixed point. The path mode means that when the locator is used with the transmitter of the path meter produced by our company, it can be used as the receiver of the path meter. So When you would like to detect cable path, the working mode can be adjusted to the path gear.
