XHXC205 Power transformer degaussing machine
Description
XHXC205 is a combination of power transformer degaussing instrument and power transformer DC resistance tester, which has conventional transformer DC resistance test function.
Main features
Degaussing part
1.Adopt patented technology - DC frequency conversion attenuation principle;
2.The three-phase transformer can only achieve degaussing by degaussing the B phase;
3.With automatic steady flow judgment, 16-bit AD data acquisition and processing functions;
4.With manual / automatic degaussing mode, total 5 degaussing modes;
5.Degaussing speed is fast: single time is increased from 30min to less than 4min;
6.The degaussing effect is obvious: from 80% up to over 90% in a single time;
7.The current line of the DC resistance test can be directly used to facilitate the matching with the DC resistance test;
8.Adopt Chinese/English user interface, the user interface is clear, and the degaussing progress is displayed in real time;
9. It is suitable for eliminating residual magnetism before large power transformers of 35kV and above; especially for large-capacity transformers with voltage levels of 330kV and above;
DC resistance test part
1.The test range is 200.0uΩ to 50kΩ wide;
2.The test process is controlled by a microcomputer, and self-calibration, steady flow judgment, data processing, and resistance display are automatically completed;
3.Has a perfect back EMF protection function;
4.The longitudinal test of the DC resistance of the on-load tap changer can be completed at one time;
5.200 sets of test data can be stored permanently.
6.The measuring speed is fast and the measurement data is accurate and stable;
7.The machine is small in size and light in weight, and has the characteristics of simple operation, high precision, anti-interference, shockproof and portable.
