Cable fault location intelligent bridge, set burn through and intelligent bridge in one. Rated voltage in burn mode is 60kV, short circuit current is 500mA, which can quickly burn high resistance fault to low resistance. The rated working current of intelligent bridge is 500mA, which greatly improves the accuracy of fault location. It is especially suitable for the insulation fault location of high voltage, large section and long complex cable system, such as the insulation fault location of complex high voltage cable with GIS terminal and cross interconnection. The location can be completed quickly without removing the GIS switch and short circuit cross interconnection.

The intelligent cable fault location bridge can be used to locate all cable insulation and sheath faults except some short line faults.
 

Features

1. The equipment adopts switching power supply to form high voltage constant current source, high voltage and stable current.
2. The bridge detection module is integrated with a large LCD screen display at high potential. The operating button on the panel is at ground potential and the bridge is operated through the insulation rod.
3. The special custom-made four-core high-voltage measuring cable with shield, the copper mesh braided shield layer is reliably grounded and safe to use. The four - end resistance measurement method avoids the error of lead resistance.
4. The high voltage constant current source and bridge are integrated in a portable pull rod plastic box. High voltage, light weight, easy to operate.
5. The bridge method has no blind spot compared with the wave reflection method, and is especially suitable for determining the breakdown points of short cables and near the ends.
6. High voltage and high current are especially suitable for the fault locating of insulation and sheath of complex high-voltage cable systems with large length and large section.
