★Cable fault pre-location: with the reflectometer XHGG501A2 based on the low-voltage impulse reflection method(TDR), ICE(impulse current test method), multiple impulse(ARC-multi-short)arc reflection method.
The portable cable fault location system is configured with the removable ARC cable fault locator with ultra-high brightness, large LCD screen 12.1" display with touch control, making the process of fault pre-location quick, easy and efficient.
★High voltage 2048 J surge generator XHHV535 is accompanied by a surge levels switch which allows to achieve the maximum surge impulse energy at 8, 16 and 32 kV, built in ARM filter(coupler), ensure multiple pulse sampling easily.

High voltage pulse generator XHHV535
Description
The high voltage pulse generator integrates DC high voltage source, energy storage capacitor, discharge ball device, automatic discharge device, voltage level switching device into one of the trolley type high-end experimental instrument. The instrument adopts high precision, high stability of special high voltage electronic components and high frequency high voltage technology, so that the whole machine structure is simple. In order to retain the habit of using transformer and operating box to produce DC high voltage, the pulse generator adopts humanized design operation mode and integrates miniature reliable circuit design. It is safe, reliable and visually intuitive. The impact is not bad, but also has automatic timing impact, manual impact and pressure resistance functions. At present, it is the most humanized trolley type DC impact high voltage equipment in China.

Panel function description
1, Ammeter (Ammeter) : the current size indication.
2, Voltmeter: high voltage output voltage indication kV meter, divided into 8kV, 16kV, 32kV combined voltage level switch reading.
3, High voltage light (HV) : on indicates a high voltage output, off indicates no high voltage output.
4, Power light (Power) : when the power switch is turned on, the indicator lights up.
5, Zero light (Zero) : indicates that the pressure regulator is in the zero state, and the high pressure can be started when the zero light is on.
6, Overcurrent protection switch: press the state indicates that the overcurrent protection function has begun; Ejected indicates that the instrument has triggered overcurrent protection.
7. Power Switch: Turn on the system power supply clockwise, turn off the system power supply anticlockwise.
8, Signal Select: high-voltage Flash (HV Flash), Multiple Pulse (Multiple Pulse).
9, Single key (Single) : when the mode selection key in the single function, this key is effective.
10, Mode select: divided into voltage (DC), Single (Single), Cycle (Cycle) three modes. DC is the voltage resistance function. When this function is selected, the voltage resistance test is carried out for the cable. Single is a manual function. When this function is selected, the voltage will be boosted after the high voltage starts. Press the Single key to manually trigger the impulse discharge. Cycle is an automatic function. When this function is selected, the high voltage is started at this time to boost the voltage, and the instrument will automatically trigger the impulse discharge for about 7 seconds.
11, Start key (Start) : in the zero state, press the start key, at this time the high voltage start, high voltage light. In the non-zero state, the start high voltage lamp does not light.
12, Stop key (Stop) : when the test is completed or abnormal, press this key to cut off the high voltage output, and the remaining high voltage of the test will be automatically discharged at this time.
13, Voltage control: This knob in the zero state, zero light, high voltage can be started. Only after the high pressure is started can the pressure be increased through the pressure regulator.
14, Voltage select: This key has three voltage level mode, 8kV, 16kV, 32kV, please rotate to the appropriate position before starting. Lift, rotate, press.
Side panel description
1, power socket (220V 50Hz) : instrument working power supply, AC220V connection port;(60Hz available)
2, Fuse Holder: AC220V power supply system fuse installation;
3, communication base (Signal) : Use double Q line to connect the machine and cable fault tester flashover acquisition waveform, only effective when high-voltage flashover.
1, Safety (GND) : the instrument shell, in order to prevent the instrument shell live or personnel electric shock, must be reliably connected to the ground.
2, Sampling GND: pulse energy storage capacitor negative end, there is a high voltage, must be reliably grounded. It is used to sample waveforms in high-voltage flashover state of cable fault tester. (No high-voltage flashover sampling, still need reliable grounding).
3. HV Flash OUT: Dedicated DC high voltage output terminal.
4. Multiple Pulse: (Input input Output): When using the multiple pulse method, the high-voltage flashover output terminal and the multiple pulse input terminal are short-connected with a high-voltage cable (as shown in the figure above), and the high-voltage output line is connected to the multiple pulse output terminal.
5. HV Flash Signal: Select the signal as HV flash signal, connect the local device to the cable fault tester with dual Q cables, and collect waveform through the flash signal. This function is valid only when HV flash occurs.
6. Multiple Pulse Signal: Select the signal as multiple pulses, and connect the machine and cable fault tester with double Q wire to collect waveform by flashover. It is only effective when multiple pulses are performed.

Accurately and quickly detect the main insulation failure of power cables with voltage levels of 35KV and below; calibrate the cable length; roughly test cable fault distance.
