High voltage bridges are particularly suitable for
1. The high-resistance breakdown point of the cable after laying, especially the linear high-resistance breakdown point that is difficult to burn into low resistance, such as the linear high-resistance breakdown of the cable intermediate joint.
2. Flashover type breakdown point. After breakdown, the constant current source can maintain the arc, a stable current flows through the bridge, and the bridge has sufficient sensitivity.
3. Defects that have not yet broken down but have low resistance, such as insulation defects found with a megohmmeter that have low cable resistance but do not break down under the operating voltage.
Due to the above characteristics, the high-voltage high-voltage bridge is particularly suitable for the following users:
Teams engaged in professional positioning: such as cable repair trials for large and medium-sized power supply bureaus and large power-consuming enterprises. For most cable breakdown points, a high-voltage bridge can be used to quickly find the approximate breakdown location. Used in conjunction with the wave reflection method and positioning instrument, it can complement each other's strengths and make positioning faster and more reliable.
1. Small users: such as small power supply bureaus and medium-sized electricity enterprises. There are not many cables, generally the direction is clear, not too long, and the number of failures is limited. If equipped with a set of wave reflection method locators, the price is high, and it requires high quality and experience of the users, so it is not the best choice. It is a better method to choose this device because it is easy to operate and can meet daily needs.
2. Cable manufacturer: In the factory, it can be used to locate the breakdown points of various cables. The optional digital capacitance meter can find the break point. The device is lightweight and easy to carry to the site to provide positioning services for cable users.

Introduction of panel
1. Power socket: instrument working power supply, AC 220V connection port;
2. Fuse holder: The installation place of the fuse of AC 220V power supply system;
3. Ammeter: output current indication mA meter;
4. Voltmeter: high voltage output voltage indication kV meter;
5. High-voltage indicator light: When there is high-voltage output, this light is on. Press this button. If there is no high-voltage output, this light is off;
6. Power switch: "I" turns on the AC 220V power supply switch, "0" turns off the system power;
7. Voltage adjustment: After starting the equipment, you must first turn the knob counterclockwise to the end. When the high voltage indicator light is on, then adjust it clockwise to increase the output high voltage from small to large, and adjust it counterclockwise to decrease the output high voltage from large to small;
8. Zero adjustment: Rotate the zero adjustment button to make the galvanometer point to zero;
9. Balance adjustment: Adjust the balance knob until the galvanometer deflects significantly so that the galvanometer points to zero. (If the pointer is to the left, rotate clockwise; if the pointer is to the right, rotate counterclockwise). Observe and record its reading P1;
10. Adjust the magnification: turn counterclockwise to decrease the magnification, turn clockwise to increase the magnification;
11. Galvanometer: electrical balance zero point is adjustable;
12.C1P1: Connect to the reference phase (red clip);
13.C2P2: Connect the faulty phase (black clip);
14. Grounding post: instrument grounding point, safety protection.
