Product Introduction

XHJK531A overhead line fault tester is an inspection device for single-phase grounding fault points of distribution lines, which is used to find single-phase grounding fault points of cable voltage such like 6kV, 10kV, 20kV, and 35kV overhead lines. For concealed ground faults such as porcelain bottle breakdown and arrester breakdown, the search is fast, time-saving and labor-saving, and the search time can be shortened by 60%.

When the line has a ground fault, in the state of cold standby of the line (without any grounding protection when the power is cut off), a detection signal with a certain power is injected into the line through the signal generating device (referred to as: signal source), and then the hand-held data detection device (referred to as the signal source) is injected into the line. : Clamp meter) to measure the signal current on both sides of the injection point, and judge the difference between the fault side and the fault through the data displayed by the hand-held data receiving device (referred to as: hand copy device).

Keep the injection point of the signal source not moving. On the fault side, use the dichotomy method to measure the current at half of the faulty line to further determine the faulty section, and so on, reduce the faulty section by half each time until the fault point is found.

Signal detection part
The main components of the signal detection part: clamp meter, hand copy device, as shown in the figure below. Accessories: retractable gram stick (1 piece).

2) Hand copy device, used to receive and display the measurement data sent back by the clamp meter, and can carry out operations such as data retention, storage, review, deletion, etc.
